Youth athletic programming—coming this summer!
Designed for driven middle schoolers and high schoolers ages 11–13 and 14–17, our summer program helps youth athletes get stronger, move faster, and gain a real edge—no matter what sport they play.
To ensure focused, tailored coaching, athletes will be grouped by both age and gender.
Each week will include:
1 hour-long in-studio session focused on strength training, movement mechanics, and power development
1 hour-long field session (at a local school— TBD) focused on speed, agility, and quickness
Led by our certified trainers and former athletes, this small group program combines expert coaching with a fun, supportive atmosphere—helping athletes move better, train smarter, and perform at their highest level.
