Your athlete’s training should be exciting, encouraging and, most of all, fun. When kids enjoy the process, they develop habits, confidence and skills that can last a lifetime.

Our programs build a solid foundation of strength, speed, and movement skills your child can carry into any sport. Every session takes place in a welcoming, high-energy environment led by our team of certified trainers and former collegiate athletes who know how to coach youth athletes safely and effectively.

Here’s what to expect

Each 60-minute session blends strength training, speed work, and power development.

We intentionally keep groups small and focused—not massive groups with one trainer trying to keep up—so every athlete receives meaningful coaching and personalized feedback.

Each week builds on the last, giving athletes the chance to master skills, improve performance, and feel the pride of seeing their hard work pay off!

Strength & agility sessions take place at our studio Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:00–5:00 PM:

• June 9 & 11
• June 16 & 18
• June 23 & 25
• June 30 & July 2

One make-up session will be offered on Tuesday, July 7 or Thursday, July 9
