Here’s how to take the next step:

  1. Schedule an initial movement assessment.

    This 45-minute movement assessment is all about getting to know how you move! A trainer will evaluate your current movement patterns, identify any asymmetries, limitations, or dysfunctions, and establish a baseline from which they can tailor a program to your specific needs and goals. It gives you a chance to see if the MT space and approach is right for you too!

  2. Decide on the training schedule and package that works best for you (your trainer is here to help!).

  3. Start working towards your goals! We can’t wait to cheer you on.
