  2. Complete an initial movement assessment: In this 1-hour session ($90), a certified trainer will assess your movement patterns, identify any imbalances or limitations, and lay the foundation for your personalized program.

  3. Choose your training plan. Your trainer will guide you in selecting the best schedule and package to match your goals.

  4. Make it happen. Begin working toward your goals with our full support every step of the way!
