Whether you’re expecting or have welcomed your little one, our workshops, pop-up events, and personal or small group training sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs and help you engage and strengthen the core, glutes, and pelvic floor.

Yes! Our programming is designed with the safety and health of both mom and baby in mind. We tailor exercises to suit individual needs and stages of pregnancy.

If you’d like to bring your baby to a session, please reach out to our Pre/Postnatal Specialist first!
We want to make sure your little one’s safety is our top priority, and whether it’s possible depends on the session format.

We highly recommend it! A Pelvic Floor Therapist provides a comprehensive assessment of your pelvic health, identifies any issues or weaknesses, and offers personalized advice and exercises. This ensures you have a clear understanding of your body's needs and limitations. We work closely with Dr. Jessica Chellsen, PT, DPT, of Vibrant Coast Physical Therapy, who we highly recommend! All MT Mamas—whether pregnant or postpartum—receive a discount on their initial evaluation!
