OUR CLASSES

Group circuit training classes designed with our studio family in mind. Each workout is unique, functional, and fun. 

Will you be challenged? Yes. Will you be smiling through it all? Absolutely.

Functional circuit training classes:

 

Each day, you’ll experience a different functional workout (you’ll never do the same one twice!) using a mix of machines, free weights, bodyweight, TRX, and more, to build a stronger, more capable you.

Whether it’s your first or 500th McAlister class, you’ll leave feeling energized and accomplished every time.

Current weekly workout split:*

  • Monday: Hamstrings, glutes, and triceps

  • Tuesday: Full body (cardio focus)

  • Wednesday: Chest and back

  • Thursday: Full body (core focus)

  • Friday: Quads, biceps, and shoulders

  • Saturday: Full body

    *Good people, vibes, and music included daily

 Here’s what you can expect during each group circuit training class: 

Pre-class mobility:

Show up a few minutes early to stretch out and foam roll. It’s our favorite time to catch up with one another too!   

Warm-up:

Prepare your body for the workout ahead with a variety of dynamic movements. 

Explanation:

Watch as your trainer demonstrates each movement in the circuit, offering form tips and options to meet various fitness levels.

Workout:

Partner up and get moving! Your trainer will pump the jams, make sure form is on point, and give plenty of shout-outs to keep you going strong.

Cool-down:

Follow your trainer’s lead and stretch it out. This part is equally important for your body and mind.

High fives all around:

Celebrate your hard work with one last round of high fives. You crushed it!
