Our in-house program equips fitness enthusiasts and aspiring trainers with the knowledge and skills they need to confidently lead dynamic group circuit workouts.

Introducing our McAlister Trainer program

This program combines foundational training principles with hands-on experience, not only preparing you to work with clients of all fitness levels but also helping you elevate your own fitness journey. You'll gain a greater understanding of your body, improve your own form and technique, and build confidence in any fitness setting!

Trainees will learn:

  • Fundamental movement patterns and how to correct exercise form 

  • How to design balanced, functional workout programs and structure effective classes

  • Coaching techniques to support individuals at various fitness levels

  • Strategies for teaching proper form, giving cues, and preventing injuries

  • How to create an inclusive, motivating environment

  • Leadership skills and communication strategies for group training

Commitment to continued growth: We’ve partnered with National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) to offer heavily-discounted certifications, which can be completed either before or with our program. This type of certification will further enhance your qualifications and is necessary before being added to our schedule.

Let’s talk specifics

  • To make the most of this program, it's essential to attend all sessions during our intensive weekends.

    Phase 1

    Weekend 1: 

    • Fri. 1/31: 5 PM-8 PM

    • Sat. 2/1: 11 AM-4 PM

    • Sun 2/2: 11 AM-4 PM

    Weekend 2: 

    • Fri. 2/7: 5 PM-8 PM 

    • Sat. 2/8: 11 AM-4 PM

    • Sun 2/9: 11 AM-2 PM

    Weekend 3: 

    • Fri. 2/21: 5 PM-8 PM

    • Sat. 2/22: 11 AM-4 PM

    • Sun 2/23: 11 AM-4 PM

    In addition to our hands-on training sessions, you’ll be expected to complete independent study and preparation outside of our time together.

    Phase 2

    Successfully completing the program is just the beginning! Those approved to move forward will team train with existing members of the MT team and have the chance to lead community sessions. We’ll work together to schedule these sessions at times that fit your schedule, making sure you feel fully prepared and supported every step of the way!

    *Add the NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) Certification for an additional $199 (a $1,000 value)!
