We ask that you come to class 5 -10 minutes early so we can give you a warm MT welcome! Be sure to bring a water bottle too.
When you arrive at the studio, our front desk will help you check in, give you a tour of the space, and introduce you to your trainer. They’ll walk you through what a typical workout looks like (warm-up, circuits, and cool-down). Throughout class, you’ll have the support of your trainer and workout partners.

Our classes are designed to welcome a variety of fitness levels! Your instructor will offer modifications, help you with proper form, and encourage you to take each movement at your own pace. You’ve got this!
