Natalie Johnson
Natalie is a Central Coast native who spent her years after high school exploring Southern California. Since returning to SLO almost a decade ago, she's immersed herself as both a teacher and student in the local fitness community.
As a mom of two, Natalie intimately understands the physical and mental changes that pregnancy and postpartum bring. She feels deeply called to support moms and moms-to-be, helping them feel their best at every stage of life.
In addition to being a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Natalie is a Registered Yoga Instructor and is certified in both prenatal and postnatal fitness and yoga. She’s also a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and has been assisting clients in adopting healthy diet and lifestyle habits for the past 6 years. Natalie is excited to bring her passion and expertise to the MT family!
Outside of the studio, you can find Natalie experimenting in the kitchen, playing at the beach, or adventuring somewhere along the coast with her family.
