Meet Lauren McAlister, NTP
I always knew I was meant to help others—I just didn’t realize how much healing I’d need first.
In college, a “healthy” lifestyle quickly spiraled into an obsession with calories and exercise. I spent nearly a decade battling disordered eating, body image issues, and hormonal imbalances.
But healing is possible. Today, I’m at peace with my body and proud to have turned my mess into my message. As a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I help clients build healthier, more nourishing relationships with food and their bodies.

Meet Reese Hobby, BSNS
Hey there! I’m a Cal Poly graduate with a degree in Nutrition Science and a big passion for helping people eat in a way that feels good and supports a long, healthy life.
I grew up competing in jiujitsu and wrestling, where cutting weight and watching what I ate started way earlier than it probably should’ve. That sparked my love for proper nutrition, especially when it comes to sports and active lifestyles.
