Prenatal Group Fitness Classes

Little one on the way? Effective strength training during pregnancy has proven to help mothers recover from labor more quickly and efficiently.

Our prenatal sessions are focused on safe and effective movements to help prepare your body for carrying baby, as well as for as a strong labor, delivery, and postpartum.

Postnatal Small Group Training

We work closely with a Pelvic Floor Therapist to design postnatal sessions focused on rebuilding the core, strengthening the pelvic floor, and teaching proper engagement techniques for workouts and daily life.

Our Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist Natalie Johnson will support you as you return to your favorite circuit training workouts (MT classes, included)!
